Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut residents have the right to appeal our process for responding to your privacy request, or a specific response to a privacy request you have exercised. 

 

Please identify the Verizon service related to your appeal and your mobile number or account number associated with that service. Also, if you are appealing a specific privacy request you made, please include the date you made the request. The information you provide will only be used to process your appeal.  We will investigate your appeal and respond with our decision using the contact information you provided.

As the authorized agent, please provide us with the mobile telephone number or account number of the customer you represent so we can identify them. Once we receive your request, we may ask you to provide us with a written authorization of the customer for you to act as their authorized agent.

We will review this information and authorization, and if we need any further information we will reach out to you.
