Thank you for being a Kyocera customer. We’re sorry for the problems you are experiencing with the software update that was released on March 6th and caused problems for some users. That software update is no longer being pushed over the air. We have a remedy we can offer to customers experiencing instability and unexpected behavior on their phones following that update. Please contact our customer support team online at kyoceramobile.com/contactus/support/ and we will assist you. Regarding custom ringers on this phone, DuraSport does support them, but they are a little difficult to set up. Here is a tip for how to do that. Open the Contacts app and find the contact for which you want to assign a ringtone. Open that contact and then tap on the menu in the upper right corner and tap "Set ringtone". Tap on "Ringtone" to select the desired ringtone and tap "OK". The next step is one that some people miss. Before you leave this screen, find another "OK" button in the lower, right corner and tap that. If you back out of this screen without tapping that second "OK" button, the change you made to the ringer will be canceled. Hopefully, this will help you set custom ringtones.Compare devices

Thank you for your feedback. It is good to hear that the Kyocera Brigadier and DuraForce PRO served you well. Your DuraSport is waterproof and can be rinsed and dried. However, the touchscreen will not work when it is very wet. We recommend that you dry your phone per the instructions on our website: kyoceramobile.com/support/phone/cleaning_guide/. This includes wiping it off with a dry cloth and tapping it gently against your hand to dislodge water from the openings, then letting it sit to finish air drying. Not all wireless chargers work equally well and the phone must be placed correctly on the charger for it to work well. We expect that you would get better performance from another wireless charger. A new software update has just been released for DuraSport. It may address the issues you have seen with your phone becoming unresponsive. If not, please contact our customer support team at 1-800-349-4478, or online at kyoceramobile.com/contactus/support/, and we will do our best to assist you.CRAP

Based on your description, we recommend checking for unwanted apps and removing them. Review the list of apps and remove any that you don't recognize or use, especially ones that are suspicious. You can also check which apps are using the battery the most. Navigate to Settings > Battery > Click on the three-dots menu > Battery usage. Uninstall any recently installed apps that might be causing the issue. What is expandable memory and how do I get that?
You can expand the DuraSport memory by purchasing and inserting a compatible microSD card into the phone. If you are planning to store video on the card, make sure to get one that has fast enough read and write speeds to support that function.

No, DuraSport 5G UW does not have a headset jack. A USB-C to headset jack adapter can be used. Or, a Bluetooth headset can be used.
