How do I know if the service is available on my international flight?
Where service is available, when you board an international flight we'll send you a message offering you In-flight Daily Pass.
How do I add In-flight Daily Pass to my line?
You don't need to add In-flight Daily Pass to your line. Where service is available, when you board an international flight we'll send you a message offering you In-flight Daily Pass. To accept, simply reply "FLIGHT" to the message.
How is In-flight Daily Pass activated and when will I be charged?
The $20/day per line charge for In-flight Daily Pass only applies when you activate an In-flight Daily Pass session. The 24-hour session starts when you use data.

How do I remove In-flight Daily Pass from my phone line?
You don't need to remove In-flight Daily Pass. In-flight Daily Pass is automatically removed from your line when your 24-hour session ends.

About Cruise Daily Pass
- 0.5 GB of high speed data
- 50 minutes of talk to any destination ($1.99/minute is charged thereafter).
- Unlimited texts.
- My Verizon app: In your account, select Plans & Services. Choose a phone line. Scroll to International Plans, then choose add new plan. Select the plan.
- My Verizon online: Visit our Trip Planner and follow the prompts.
- Reply to the welcome text we send when you board your cruise ship.
- Text the word "Cruise" to 4004.
- Make or answer a phone call.
- Send a text.
- Use data. Includes background data (e.g., software updates, app refreshes and syncing, social media notifications, etc.).
- A welcome notification with Cruise Daily Pass details and the International Care contact information.
- A text when your Cruise Daily Pass has been activated and when the session will end.
- A text when your 0.5 GB high-speed data allowance is used. You'll have the option to buy additional high-speed data for the rest of that session.

Does Cruise Daily Pass cover international services while I'm on shore?
No. When you're on shore in another country, consider using TravelPass or our $100 International Monthly plan. Learn more with our International Travel FAQs.
Note: If you don't choose an international plan, you pay per minute for each text and per MB of data used (i.e., "Pay as You Go").
If I already have an International travel plan on my line, why do I need Cruise Daily Pass?
Cruise Daily Pass provides cellular service while the cruise ship is sailing. The ship's cellular data service is turned off 12 miles before docking on land.
When you disembark, your International plan covers your journey on land.
Note: If you return to the ship* within the Cruise Daily Pass session, Cruise Daily Pass continues until the 24-hour session is over.
*The ship's cellular data service is turned on 12 miles after leaving the dock.

How do I get more data once I use the 0.5 GB allowance?
When you've used your daily 0.5 GB high speed data allowance, cellular data is blocked unless you buy more data.
We'll send you a text message giving you the option to buy an additional 0.5 GB high speed data for the rest of your 24-hour Cruise Daily Pass session. The cost of the additional 0.5 GB is $25.
Do I need to remove Cruise Daily Pass once I get back home?
You don’t need to remove Cruise Daily Pass when you return to the US. Cruise Daily Pass charges only apply when you use your device onboard a cruise ship.
You can leave Cruise Daily Pass on your account so it's ready for your next cruise.
Note: You can remove Cruise Daily Pass anytime on your International plans page in My Verizon. Choose Cruise Daily Pass, then Manage Plan and follow the prompts.
