Apple iPhone - Manage Corporate Email Settings

Here's how to set corporate email settings on your iPhone.
Server addresses, security info, and additional support can be obtained from your IT / Exchange admin.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Apple® iPhone®.
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    Mail
    Mail Accounts
    .
  3. Tap the corporate email account.
  4. Tap any of the following switch(es) (e.g., Mail, Contacts, etc.) to turn on or off.
  5. Tap the
    Exchange account
    .
  6. Verify the account info (e.g., Email, Server, etc.) then tap
    Done
    .
  7. Tap
    Advanced
    .
  8. Tap the
    Use SSL switch
     to turn on or off.
  9. Select the Discarded Messages option:
    • Deleted Mailbox
    • Archive Mailbox
  10. Tap the
    S / MIME switch
     to turn on or off.
  11. Tap Back icon
    Back
     then tap
    Done
    .
