Here's how to download apps on your Samsung device from sources other than the Google Play Store.
Your device and personal data are more vulnerable to threats such as Ransomware from apps downloaded from unknown sources. Here's some additional info about downloading from unknown sources and protecting your device against Ransomware.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     Settings icon.
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  4. Tap
    Special access
     then tap
    Install unknown apps
    .
  5. Select the unknown app then tap the
    Allow from this source switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
