2. Device and password security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and confidentiality of your password, unlocking code, Personal Identification Number (PIN) code, or other means such as biometrics which may be used to access or approve an action on your device. If your device, password or PIN code is lost, stolen or used without your permission, call to notify us immediately at 1-800-922-0204. If you disclose your password or PIN to a third party bill payment vendor, Verizon Wireless is not responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of your bill payments. You consent to delivery of PIN codes by text message, and/or push messages through the app to your wireless phone unless Verizon determines that your wireless phone is not capable of receiving such messages.
3. User preferences
When you install the App you may adjust certain User Preferences such as Location Based Services, Marketing, Customer Proprietary Network Information, Push Notices, Verizon Custom Experience and Verizon Custom Experience Plus. You may find descriptions of these and other options and change your selections at any time in the Privacy Preferences section of the application.
4. Trademarks
You may not use any Verizon trademarks or service marks without Verizon's prior written permission. For information about usage or licensing, see our Website Use Terms and Conditions.
5. US Export laws
Your use of the App and Verizon online services is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not a citizen of an embargoed country or prohibited end user under applicable U.S. export and anti-terrorism laws, regulations and lists. You will not use, export or allow a third party to use or export Verizon online services in any manner that would violate applicable law, including but not limited to applicable export control laws and regulations.
6. Privacy
We use Cookies and other technologies to provide an enhanced App experience, for advertising and other purposes. Your use of the App means that you also agree to our Privacy Policy, available at verizon.com/privacy, which may be updated from time to time and describes the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have about how certain information is used and shared. If you are a California resident, you can view our California privacy notice at verizon.com/californiaprivacy.
7. Open Source Software
This application may contain certain software subject to open source licenses. All such software is subject to the terms of the applicable licenses, which you can view in the application by going to Settings -> Credits -> Open Source or available for download at https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/internet/equipment/open-source-software.
8. Displayed Pricing and Errors
Verizon makes commercially-reasonable efforts to maintain price, availability and information as accurately as possible as published on our catalogs and websites. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. All specials and promotions are limited to stock on hand and may be withdrawn at the discretion of Verizon. Verizon is not responsible for typographical errors, or system failures. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Verizon shall maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
9. No Warranties
Any Verizon content in this App or online is provided "as is" and "as available" and may include technical inaccuracies or typography errors. Verizon makes no guarantee that communications or transactions conducted online will be absolutely secure or free from harmful components. There may be times when service is unavailable. Verizon provides no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of title, noninfringement or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information given by Verizon, its affiliates, or their respective employees shall create any warranty hereunder. Verizon is not responsible for any damages incurred, consequential or otherwise.
